What do you eat? Why do you eat what you eat? What connection do you have with the plants and animals you eat? Do you grow your fruits, vegetables, and herbs? Do you water your food? Do you feed your food sunlight? Do you hunt wild boars with crossbows or do you feed a pig until its nice and fat, and then hold a festival with fifty of your neighbors to honor Wilbur’s life with a roast? Or do you order industrially murdered cow that was born and raised on industrial cow-feed in order to be industrially slaughtered months before the cook pulls out patties of Patty the Cow you ordered from a McDonald’s menu, so Uber Eats will deliver Patty’s poisonous revenge to your front door, because your ass is too lazy to even go to the store to buy Patty’s patties? Do you eat corn? Do you drink corn syrup in your sodas and energy drinks? Do you deep fry your potatoes and cornfed chicken and cornfed fish in corn oil?
Do you see why Americans look like big fat cornfed cows?
Without going into Nazi occultism and Walt Disney’s and Ray Kroc’s plot to use movies and toys to bribe parents to feed their children literal poison and brainwash children into thinking the poison was a Happy Meal, thus psychologically searing into the children’s brains McDonald’s is food, folks, and fun forever, killing tens of millions of Americans and hundreds of billions of people worldwide or Lyndon Baynes Johnson’s weaponization of the USDA, FDA, Department of Education, and the school lunch program in order to brainwash our children into eating 19th Century prison food, which is why The Food Pyramid has left behind a pyramid of dead bodies, which dwarf’s Adolf Hitler and The Third Reich’s Holocaust, DIET is the primary driving force of micro and macroevolution, not natural or sexual selection.
We are not taught how the DNA we eat is used to create our DNA during our constant cellular regeneration. Simply put, the building blocks of our DNA can either use DNA strains from our diet or create DNA, which requires time and energy. The DNA of diet is vital to physical, mental, and spiritual health. We as society have removed ourself from the time and energy required to cultivate our plants and animals. We have replaced diverse diets full of fifty different kinds of fruits, fifty different kinds of vegetables, fifty different kinds of herbs and spices, and twenty-five different kinds of nuts with potatoes, potato fed animals, corn, and corn fed animals.
We wonder why are depressed, anxious, angry, slow, and tired. And we wonder why we are fat and obese, dying of diabetes and heart disease. And we wonder why feel like neither man nor woman. And we wonder why people can convince us to chop off our genitalia. And we wonder how people convinced us to abort our babies. And we wonder how we deceived into committing self-genocide.
We have been deceived. Those are hard words to admit, but if Americans and the world does not wake up, their Nazi occult deception will exterminate everyone without their genes via free mandatory vaccines, enforced by the social credit score system mark of the beast and identification in either the hand or the forehead or both like we are all marked and identified as prisoners in the concentration camp of hell, run by Nazi white supremacists like Klaus Schwab, George Soros, and Bill Gates. It’s called Marxism for a reason. It’s the social, the political, economic, and religious system of white supremacist devil worshipers, aka Mark of the Beast worshipers.

Why do you think there were no words on the COVID-19 vaccine schedules? It’s Bill Grates bragging to you, and you didn’t get that you are the joke when you get myocarditis or die from a blood clot or heart attack. Bill Gates laughs like a Nazi James Bond villain every time he sees someone die suddenly on MSNBC, which he owns like he owns the vaccines like he owns the farms that grow our plants and feed our animals, which we eat. Living The Artistic Dietary Lifestyle isn’t a necessity; it’s a matter of life and death.
Most dietitians make diet too complicated. If you want to be as smart as you can be, as strong as you can be, and as spiritually fit as you can be, then you need to eat as many different kinds of plants, herbs, mushrooms, fruits, and vegetables grown in soils from all over the planet, so you can harness the power, the energy, and healing powers of the sun from the four corners of the globe. We have the privilege to eat grapes from Argentina in February, and yet people do not take advantage of the fact we can get fresh fruits and vegetables from around the planet anytime of the year. We can literally eat a Florida orange in Anchorage, Alaska in February, and yet people want to poison themselves to death, because they have been trained to poison themselves. I will write about The Artistic Lifestyle and the rituals of cooking and eating in the future, but Walmart is loaded with Monsanto poisoned plants and animals feed Monsanto poisoned plants, so how do we get around the poison?
We can’t. We can’t even eat organic, because our government is so corrupt we don’t even know if our organic food is organic. The only way to know what is in our food is to grow it ourselves. However, that is not practical for most people, so instead of getting iceberg lettuce for your salad, get two different kinds of precut salads and mix them together. Variety as close to fresh as humanly possible is the name of the game of life or death. The Artistic Dietary Lifestyle is eating lots and lots of life and the greatest variety of life. Season micro-nutrition over macro-nutrition season salads. Season soups. Seasoning variety will always activate dormant neurons from the steel and taste buds to the brain. Yes, the activation of your taste buds activates the neurons in your brain, exercising your mind and memory. Eating a greater variety will activate more neurons thus exercising and working out our minds, which is why it’s The Artistic Dietary Lifestyle.
